Pricing

Prices are shown in the site currency at checkout. We may change prices or availability at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if stock is unavailable or an error in pricing occurs.

Guest Checkout and Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you check out as a guest, your order is linked to the email address you provide. If you later create an account with the same email, your previous orders will appear in your order history. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing; you must opt in separately.

Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Your use of Stripe is subject to its own terms. We do not store full card details on this website.

Promo Codes and Creator Codes

Promo codes (such as the newsletter Welcome Bundle offer) change the price you pay. They are subject to the terms of the specific offer, including any quantity requirements, one-time-use limits, and expiration.

Creator codes are for attribution only — they help us credit the Campus Creator who referred you. Creator codes do not change your price and do not provide a discount. You are not required to enter a creator code to complete a purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel before shipment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is being prepared or has shipped.

The Wisconsin Soap Company name, branding, and website content are owned by Rustic Passion LLC or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
