We want you to enjoy your Wisconsin Soap Company order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. Our soap is handmade in small batches in Black Creek, Wisconsin.
Return Eligibility
Because our products are personal-care items, returns are generally limited to unused items in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at shoprusticpassion@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.
Opened or Used Soap
For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap is not returnable unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used soap (except in cases of damage or error), clearance or final-sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will send the correct product or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Wisconsin Soap Company covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us before shipping any return so we can provide instructions.
How to Initiate a Return
