Shipping

This page describes how we ship orders. Our soap is handmade in small batches in Black Creek, Wisconsin, and each order is packed with care.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Because our soap is handmade in small batches, processing may occasionally take longer during peak seasons or restock periods.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS. Standard shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage, and expedited shipping uses USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a stated threshold from time to time; any active free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to additional destinations in the future.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we include it in your shipping confirmation so you can follow your order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, contact us at shoprusticpassion@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoprusticpassion@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping due to an incorrect address.
Possible Carrier Delays
Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, weather events, or other disruptions outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will help where we can.
