Campus Creator Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Wisconsin Soap Company handles the information you submit through the Campus Creator application. It applies specifically to Campus Creator applications. For information about how we handle data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
We collect only the information you provide through the Campus Creator application form, such as your name, email, school, graduation year, city, social platform handles, follower count, your reason for applying, and your responses to the acknowledgment and age questions.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- review applications
- contact applicants
- administer the program if you are accepted
- maintain program records
Who can access it
Only authorized Wisconsin Soap Company administrators and the service providers necessary to operate our website and the program can access application information.
What we do not do
We do not sell applicant information.
We do not share application information with universities.
Retention
Applications from people who are not accepted into the program may be retained for up to 12 months so Wisconsin Soap Company can reconsider applicants for future creator opportunities, unless earlier deletion is requested where applicable.
Accepted creator records may be retained as reasonably necessary to administer the creator relationship and satisfy legitimate business, accounting, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
We do not promise deletion of records that must legally be retained.
